Confirmation classes are meeting on Zoom during the fall of 2020.
Classes on Sunday mornings at 9:45am for children in grades 7-8 focus on preparation for confirmation. Students work with a group of volunteer adult teachers, as well as with the pastors and adult mentors from the congregation. They affirm their baptismal vows at the beginning of their 9th-grade year, presenting a Witness Statement and participating in the Rite of Confirmation.

As they prepare to affirm their baptismal vows in the Rite of Confirmation at the beginning of their 9th-grade year, students study the Bible and Martin Luther’s "Small Catechism" and explore and reflect upon their Lutheran Christian identity.
The confirmation program also includes retreats, camp, mentorships, and other faith-forming activities.
